Transforming guilt.
When we pause to witness the guilt we've been carrying — to truly feel its presence,
we can finally see it clearly
And we can choose to stop becoming it.
Some guilt is inherited.
Passed down quietly through family lines,
through community, through culture.
Some we created ourselves — to learn from.
And some of it isn't even ours.
What if guilt has been candy for the ego —
a familiar loop that delays our growth,
keeps us small,
and feels safer than the new territory of receiving more abundantly?
So many sensitive women leading intuitive businesses & working with groups of clients carry a hidden fear beneath the surface :
What if I have more than my mother did?
More ease, more pleasure, more money and abundance than the women who came before me?
But this is a perception.
We can never truly measure it.
So why not say no to unconsious guilt? set a new boundary? release it back to the soil for fertile growth of something new?
Unshackle the false anxieties around change.
Offer yourself the grace of who you are
and how much you already bring.
And notice what begins to softly undulate through your body,
your nervous system, your thoughts —
when the guilt loops finally loosen their hold.
Contentment isn't a reward for the sensitive leader. It's a signal and a compass to conchoose.
