Sovereign Sounds is our three month private group space online for 10 highly sensitive women who are ready to honour, celebrate and express their feminine bounty of compassionate leadership, intuition, creativity & unique voice.
Within the intimate community of Sovereign Sounds, you will rebuild stable foundations with your voice, your body wisdom & create life on your terms ~ without nervous system burnout or doubting the beat of your own drum.

We help to facilitate feminine led emergent space, so that women can resource, support one another and unapologetically nourish themselves & those around them by returning to their roots and the support of community.

we slow down into the wisdom of the body & learn how to practise kindness as a way to nurture creativity, anchor your intuition & invite freedom through cyclical healing & release practises
NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
we prioritise coherence, calm & rest as a base foundation & offer healing to clear energy blocks that are causing patterns of dysregulation, devaluing or lack of worth.
SOUND TONING
using the guided sound toning process based in Nada Yoga, we facilitate an anchoring into your Authentic Voice, Communication & Expression. The bi-weekly sound meditation supports self empowerment, sensitivity & resilience through vibration, rest and deep listening.
HEART BASED SHARING & WITNESSING
to support discovering self honesty & expression in group settings. This process generates an organic sense of belonging, vulnerability, community, play and safety in connection through sharing, honouring and celebration over time
