Since 2020, this space has held women who feel the call to live, lead, and communicate from a deeper, more honest place ~ one rooted in resonance, body, rhythm, and truth.
Here, we explore what it means to share our voice and inhabit our womanhood & leadership in today’s climate ~ individually, and together.
Through creativity, song, embodiment & voice work, we reconnect with nourishing ways of being that support a life of wellness, wealth, fulfilment and inner authority. There is no pushing or performing ~ instead listening, remembering, and responding.
Within the intimacy of Sovereign Sounds, you’re invited to build steady foundations with your expression and intuitive nature, so you can shape a life that feels like your own ~ without overriding your nervous system or second-guessing your natural rhythms.

Sovereign Sounds is a hearth space, designed to facilitate meaning & togetherness through changing seasons.
If you are interested in experiencing the hearth, we offer complimentary open sessions in December, March, June & September.
There are 15 spots available each season.
