1. The agreement between us
Payment of the price for the services represents an offer on your part to purchase the services, which will be accepted by us when a receipt is sent by us.
2. Acknowledgement of your booking
To enable us to process your booking, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us
3. Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your booking up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.
4. Price
The prices payable for services that you book are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
5. Payment terms
We will take payment upon receipt of your booking from your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if our services are delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the services from you, then we can refuse to process your booking and/or suspend any further services. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
6a. Cancellation rights
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you can notify us by contacting us via the website contact page.
6b. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery of services ~ in this case, your booking will be refunded within two weeks.
7. Liability
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control..
Furthermore, we do not accept liability for any losses related to any business of yours including but not limited to: lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.

Your data will never be shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

Psychological or psychiatric care
Therapy or counselling from a licensed professional
The practitioner does not diagnose, treat or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition.
Personal Responsibility
The client acknowledges that :
Participation is voluntary
They are fully responsible for their own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing
They will seek professional or medical advice where needed
They will inform the Practitioner of any relevant health conditions prior to sessions
Assumption of Risk
The client understands that participation in wellness & healing sessions may involve potential risks, including but not limited to :
Emotional release or discomfort
Physical sensations or symptoms
Psychological release or discomfort
Release of Liability
To the full extent permitted by law, the client agrees to
Release and discharge the practitioner from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action.
Waive any claims for injury, loss, or damages (including physical, emotional or psychological)
Hold harmless the practitioner from any outcomes resulting from participation
This includes sessions online, remotely or in person.

Outcomes vary from person to person
The practitioner makes no promises regarding specific outcomes or results
Emergency & Support
The client agrees that
The practitioner or services are not an emergency service provider
In the event of a crisis, the client will contact the appropriate emergency services, a licensed professional or medical support.

By booking or participating in services and sessions, the client confirms that
They have read, understood and accepted this Waiver & Disclaimer
They agree to all terms voluntarily
They are at least 18 years of age or have guardian consent.
