This Spring Equinox, you are invited to gather for Emerge & Orient ~ a circle for women open to honouring what’s moving and reshaping within ~ with space to orient toward what feels true.

We gather not to fix or advise, but to witness and reflect the beauty, magic & brilliance already present.

The circle will offer a space rooted in sovereign choice.
With your body as wisdom.
Radical self~loving~honesty
Celebrated with sisters who are walking their path too

So that sharing your voice and heart becomes a joyful experience of confidence, support, inner knowing, nourishment, connection and community.

Each woman is gently supported to turn toward what feels true :
her own rhythm, her own timing, her own expression.

• Sound toning meditation to attune and open

• Guided nervous system and embodied orientation practice

• Intentional sharing circle with non judgmental witnessing
